sir what is the rule of year lag in wbut for b. reply metech?????????please

on 2011-07-25 09:30:00if u get more than 4 supply in 1 year then u get year lag or if u get a supply in any practical paper then also u get a year lag. if ur total ygpa of a year is less than 4 then also u get a year lag. oder than these 3 options i dont think dere is any oder chance of getting year lag.
