This type of problem happened when Problem with registry. So you need to edit registry .Go to Start>run>type regedit>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>Current Control Set>Control>Class> >{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} If you have still problem then this site has a solution. you just format your laptop then the problem must be cure

Format is the last option not the first.. you may repair windows
