The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) of the institute handles all aspects of placements at BBIT for all engineering, diploma and management students. Employers come from all over the country to interview students through either on or off or even Pool Campus drives for job positions upon successful completion of the course that the student is pursuing. BBIT helps in shaping up the bright minds. We are committed to bringing about excellence in all spheres of our Training and Placement activities. THE TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL

The institute has a well-organized and well equipped Training and Placement Assistance Cell (TPAC) The institute also provides a large hall of about 1700 sq. ft. dedicated for the purpose of pre-placement talks and selection tests.

BBIT recognizes that students come to study as a step towards building a career. To improve career prospects the institute employs reputed professionals to conduct special training programme in English Communication, Group Discussion and Personality Development skills.

The institute further plans to set up Industry Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC) by inviting several industrialists for interactive sessions with the students as well as to offer solutions for industrial problems to corporate in eastern India.

Seminar & Workshops

Seminars and Workshops are conducted at BBIT on a regular basis and professionals from various industries are invited to interact with students of respective departments on different topics and guide them in accordance with industry requirements.

Training Program

Company specific mandatory training programs are conducted on a regular basis for obtaining excellent output from the students under the guidance of the best experts from reputed organizations. The experts are shortlisted from various professional bodies that could mould personality of the students and make them ready as per the needs of the industry.

Industrial Training

T & P Cell provides opportunities to many students to go for industrial training during Summer, Puja  and Winter vacation.  This training aims at providing supervised practical training within a specified time frame. This training program can be carried out in both government organization as well as private sectors.

Campus recruitment is also a vital part of BBIT. Placement always keeps in constant touch with all major companies who conduct campus drives. Every year BBIT maintains an excellent placement record providing a good number of opportunities to it’s students.
