RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

  • To undertake the entire recruitment process and develop a database through advertisements, inviting applications, mining through Job Portals, sourcing from references,headhunting and thereafter shortlisting the candidates, etc.
  • To carryout & supervise the selection process of the short listed candidates. Coordinate & Conduct interviews along with the subject experts from our college or from outside.
  • To arrange demos and final interviews with the Secretary. To discuss, design and finalise the salary package with the Secretary. Arranging appointment letters for the selected candidates and induction.

Training

Our Training division caters to the needs of corporate (IT, ITES, BPOs, Banking, Insurance, Retailing etc.,). We customize to a wide area of training requirements like Accent Training (Neutral, US & UK), Selling Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development, Leadership Skills Team Building, Performance Improvement, Customized Training for Engineering/ Software /Management students and also Organizational development initiatives.

In this competitive world of unimaginable and rapid growth in technology, a student needs to be empowered with skills such as Life Skills, Soft Skills and Job Skills which enables him/ her to face the job world with confidence and procure a job once he/ she graduates from the college. The management at St. Mary's feels that the greatest social responsibility is to empower the students with these skills, which make them employable and thus initiated the much needed training program for all its 7000 students under its group at its own cost.

Today, Academics and Industry consider 'TRAINING' as a crucial factor. Even the bright students are found average in their job-interviews. Realising this, St. Mary's conducts parallel Training programs for improving students' exposure, attitude and expertise. We have a panel of 'trainers' from industry and academia to impart industry-specific skills and training to make every St. Marian Competent, Confident and Future- Ready.
