CENTRAL LIBRARY

An institute should be a storehouse of knowledge where enthusiastic students require a massive collection of books to quench their thirst of knowledge.Nothing can be better if the institute itself can provide that. At BITM, One comes across a library of mamoth dimensions.It house over 23,000 books,about 250 journals of national and international repute ,82 magazines having extreme relevance to engineering and management fields,major dailies,newsletter and a number of electronic on-line academic publications.the library has a software based networking system and will soon have the multimedia support which will enable it to perform in a more dynamic way. BITM has also established a separate BOOK BANK which has a collection of nearly 15000 books thereby rendering a back-up support to the students and faculty members. The journals for Engineering and technology are:IEEE Computer,IETE journal of Research,IEE-Technical Review pramana,IETE journal,Harvard business Review,MIT sloan Management Review,Asia pacific Business,Decision(IIM, Kolkata),Journal of information Science and knowledge,of education.

DEPARTMENTAL LIBRARY

Departmental library is also available to the students of their respective departments.Departmental library provide students all the journals and books required for their guidance.

LABORATORY

Students of technology and management stream require a strong base of practical and computer knowledge. that's why BITM as emphasized on giving the students a stronghold on computer operations and practical operations of other equipments since its inception. The institutions are well equipped with various labs. There also multiple computer centers provided with Hi-tech computers. The centre tries to provide the students with sufficient knowledge about the operations / programming and uses of computers in their routine activities. Each student has been allotted a fixed number of hours for computer training. The State-of-the-art centre is a key resource for providing the students with hands-on-experience. 

CLASSROOMS

BITM is structured with well furnished classrooms specially designed for students. They are spacious, airy and well-lit having the latest training aids with audio-visual interaction. Well furnished small rooms are also available for specialization and tutorial classes. They are also used for other consultation purposes.

WORKSHOP                              

The college is equipped with high workshop facilities. Workshop is home for practical implementation of mechanical sciences. It is proven ground for the implementation of technical knowledge in the field of mechanics. The college has a well equipped workshop with the required tools and machinery. Workshop teachers and assistants are always there to assist and support the students to groom their knowledge about workshop technology.

Enterpreneurship Cell

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) was established at Bengal Institute of Technology and Management, Santiniketan on 17-12-2008 and was operationalized under the Department of Management Science. The focal objective of EDC is educating and training people for developing entrepreneurial capabilities through positive training interventions.

PLAYGROUND

The college has an in-campus 240*360 sqm. playground with lush green grass to support sport activities in the campus. The playground supports sports like cricket and football. A good stadium for audience sitting is under construction. There would be a park beside the playground for entertainment of students and hostelians.      We also have ; Boy's & Girl's Hostel. We have our own Transportation system. College is well connected with Wi-Fi Connection.

We have College canteen, Store, Also have Medical Unit. We arrange BANK LOAN for our students.
