Institute-Institute Relationship

MIT has strong knowledge exchange programme with both Indian and International Institute. MIT regularly interact with the lead Institutes like IIT Kharagpur, Jadavpur University, BIT Meshra. Professional bodies like Institution of Engineers, Institution of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), Institution of Electronics and Communication Engg (IET), Computer Society of India (CSI) visits our campus to develop our student for the professional world.

Grooming of Students at MIT

Efficient counsellors and experienced academicians are lending their support and advice to the students of the students of the Institute in order to help them take decisions about their future chosen profession.

The students are informed about various career options lying before them and are advised to choose the best matching their temperament, capability and ambition. Care is being taken to help individuals overcome their drawbacks and to educate them in modern management techniques and practices. Planned intervention is done to improve their interpersonal skills.

A current scenario of job opportunities and the expectation of industry from the students are periodically discussed with the students to help them comprehend the challenges of the ensuing professional life and formulate the strategies to succeed in today’s institutional and corporate world.

MIT is continuously planning to help the students not only to be an efficient engineer but also to face challenges in the highly competitive environment.

Apart from expert’s intervention at regular intervals, a “core in house grooming team” has been formed at MIT Bishnupur location to interact with students on a continuous basis. The process is initiated from 1st year. To make the grooming process impacting, our in house team works in tandem with external training agencies.

Industry Institute Partnership Cell is continuously working to develop the students to be “Industry-ready”. The cell has conducted several seminars and training programmes last year.
