For 1st year Students
· To identify strength and weakness in English language communication skills. This action plans are implemented through FSP classes, language laboratory exercise.
For 2nd year Students
· To motivate them towards corporate orientation and to train them for industry environment. This is achieved through strategic development programmes like T&P induction classes, industry visit, seminar by guest faculties and circulation of reputed industrial articles and news letters.
For 3rd year Students
· To inspire and mold them to accept challenge of forth coming campus placement. This goal is achieved by regular group discussion, mock interviews, continuous aptitude training classes and other soft skill work shops, both by internal resources and external professional trainers.
For 4th year Students
· To equip the left over students and to enable them in off-campus placement, regular monitoring T &P programmes are adopted through student-corporate interactions and other curriculum.
