Workshop on Introduction to IoT


  • Suitable For: 1st Yr / 2nd Yr / 3rd Yr / 4th Yr B.Tech. / MCA / BCA students [Participant should have knowledge of Programming Language (at least C Language)]

  • Registration Fee: Rs. 400/- per student

  • Topic Coverage:
    • Familiarization with basic electronic concepts
    • Introduction to Arduino Programming
    • Interfacing of Sensors with Arduino
    • Brief Introduction to Python
    • Understand how to send Arduino Data online using Python
    • Simulate a live IoT network on your laptop: Read a Sensor Using Arduino, record the data online and use a chart application for plotting data to a graph
    • Introduction to Raspberry Pi
    • Migrating the application to a Raspberry Pi (students will not be given RaspberryPi for HandsOn Experience)

  • * KIT will be provided to participants (in a Group of 4 or 5) for Practicals during Workshop.
